After struggling to find genuine Italian cuisine, I decided to share my culture with others through private dinner parties as well as meal prepping. Using seasonal, fresh and local produce, I’m able to bring the spirit of Italian cuisine right to your table. At the age of eleven, I began cooking lunch in the afternoons when my brother and I would get home from school. My parents only bought groceries from our local street vendors so we always had in season, freshly picked or caught-that-day ingredients. My mom taught me how to make pasta the traditional way with flour and egg in a fontana, and that’s exactly how I will make it in your kitchen!
