Yes. I purchase all of the ingredients before your event, selecting high-quality seasonal products and premium proteins. Grocery costs are billed separately from the chef service unless otherwise discussed.

Absolutely. Every menu can be customized to accommodate allergies, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and other dietary preferences while maintaining the quality and authenticity of each dish.

During July and August, I serve clients throughout the Greater Seattle area, including Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Woodinville, Snohomish, Mercer Island, Bothell, and surrounding communities. Travel outside these areas may be available upon request.

Summer dates fill quickly. I recommend booking several weeks—or even months—in advance, especially for weekends and holidays. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
